Can I cancel or change my order?

Because every single product in our catalog is made-on-demand especially for you, our production workflow begins almost immediately after your order is placed. For this reason, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to your order once it has been finalized. Please double-check your sizing charts, colors, and shipping address carefully before completing checkout!

Why didn't my order ship all in one package?

If you ordered a mix of apparel and accessories (like a graphic tee and an embroidered dad hat), they may be fulfilled and shipped out from different parts of our production facility. Don’t worry—the rest of your items are on their way! You will receive unique tracking numbers for each package.

📦 Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take to get my order?

We operate a thoughtful, eco-friendly made-to-order model to prevent overproduction and waste.

Processing/Production Time: It typically takes 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to print or embroider your item before it ships.

Shipping Time: Once dispatched, standard delivery times vary between 2 to 30 days worldwide depending entirely on your destination country. For example, basic shirts and hats shipping to the US or Europe generally arrive within 2 to 9 business days after processing. The processing and shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, or peak holiday seasons. Thank you!

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order is packaged and shipped, you will receive an automatic email notification containing a tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking data to update once you receive the link.

What is your return policy?

Because everything we create is custom-printed or embroidered only after you place your order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, wrong color, or simply changing your mind.

My order arrived damaged or incorrect. What should I do?

We want you to love your items! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, please email us at shop@ninanush.com within 7 days of delivery. Make sure to include your order number and clear photos showing the item's condition or issue. We address these immediately on a case-by-case basis and will gladly arrange a replacement or refund for approved issues.

How are your clothes made?

Sustainability is incredibly important to us. Most of our apparel utilizes Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing with Oeko-Tex™ certified, vegan, water-based inks that generate virtually zero wastewater. Our hats and accessories feature durable embroidery using safe, certified threads.

Are your products vegan?

Yes! We are proud to say that all ninanush apparel is completely free of animal products. Items in our eco-friendly collections are fully PETA-Approved Vegan and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified.
