Because your item is created especially for you after your order is placed, processing times may be a little longer than mass-produced products, and orders are shipped via standard shipping. We appreciate your patience and support of our small business, and we can't wait for you to receive your order!
All orders are made to order and are typically processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Delivery time for all orders takes between 2-30 days worldwide depending on the destination country. Delivery times are estimated.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
